PRECIOUS MOMENTS CHILD CARE LLC was started by Sandra Devine who has been working with children for more than 10 years. She has also taught sign language at the BELL Program for children. Additionally, she worked in a daycare for more than a decade and in children's ministry for the same amount of time, which saw her teaching and doing arts and crafts.
